Being in a movie and acting is not always safe and sometimes people end up with fatal injuries. Here is a list of 10 movies that have had deaths on set.
- Twilight Zone – 1983

- The Crow – 1994
A gun was supposed to have blanks in it by mistake was loaded with real bullets. He was rushed to the hospital but later died from his injury. Brandon Lee

A pilot was hired to do various flybys and his plane accidently crashed and killed the pilot instantly. Art School
- Back to the Musketeers – 1989
